Collection and Retention of Information
In some areas of the Website, such as when you submit an application for admission or apply for a job with CORDAP, request information, or register for an event, CORDAP may request that you provide personal information, including, as applicable, your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number, contact information, billing information and any other information from which your unique identity is discernible. In other areas of the Website, CORDAP collects or may collect demographic information that is not unique to you such as your country of residence, age, level of education, gender, and other similar types of information. Updating Your Information
If you registered or created a profile on the Website, you may correct or update the information you provided to CORDAP at any time by contacting the CORDAP Digital team.
If you request to receive newsletters or other communications from CORDAP, but subsequently change your mind, you may opt-out by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the e-news alert e-mails or by e-mailing theCORDAP Digital team. If you previously opted not to receive such communications, you may later opt-in by re-subscribing to the e-news alert through the Register for News Updates registration form.
CORDAP maintains appropriate technical, physical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, unlawful processing, accidental loss or damage, and unauthorized destruction. However, CORDAP cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes.
